The route we take on the Cumberland is approximately 3 miles and usually takes around 90 minutes, depending on the current speed and weather conditions. It was a really great experience even if you’re new at SUP. It’s a whole new way to view Nashville and an amazing time with friends. Plus the instructors are awesome and make you feel super confident.

I really enjoyed the beautiful downtown scenery and the guides were awesome. They made me feel comfortable and were rally informative. All in All I would recommend that everyone try paddle boarding with Big Willies.
