The route we take on the Cumberland is approximately 3 miles and usually takes around 90 minutes, depending on the current speed and weather conditions. We had a great time on our paddleboarding trip. As downtown residents, we see trips going by all the time and wanted to see what it was like. It did not disappoint. Will and Kate (our driver and guide) were great!

We did the downtown tour with our Bachelorette party group! It's was a great activity for day time in Nashville! Will and Kate were positive, upbeat and flexible to our slow, relaxed pace :)

The Downtown SUP tour isn't very pretty scenery-wise, but the pay off is at the end when you view the city from the river. I live in Nashville and have done this tour twice. Jordan and Kate were my guides. They are awesome, super down-to-earth and friendly. This tour is a great way to get some sun, exercise, and give your liver some recovery time while visiting Nashville. :)
