Class III/IV rapids provide excitement and a trip you will never forget. Amazing scenery, high adventure, no experience required, trips run March through October each year. Day trips meet at 9 AM and include a riverside catered lunch break at the halfway point. Short on time? Try the Afternoon Express run, meeting 3 PM daily.

Very professional and extremely safety conscious team. Nick was a great guide, with good explanations along the trip and answering all our concerns. We wouldn’t have wanted to be in any other raft! We had a blast! Tristen gave one of the best safety briefs we have ever had, professional, all encompassing yet fun. This is the rafting trip you want, don’t waste your time looking at the others. Thanks Nick and Tristen for a great experience!

This was an outstanding trip for our family. I felt like we definitely got more than our moneys worth, and it’s great to find the smaller outfitters rather than going with the big guys. They definitely add a more personal touch. Our kids had never been rafting and they loved every minute. Our guide Hannah was knowledgeable and easy going. Highlights were “Jump Rock” and “Double Z.” The views were tremendous all throughout. Will definitely ride with this outfit again, kids are already talking about when we can go run the Upper Gauley. Compared to to Ocoee River in Tennessee, the New is a lot calmer with longer stretches of floating, but the rapids are still exciting. Special shout out to Terry our bus driver. Not only did he bring a cooler of cold mid strength beers for the finish, but he was a life saver with the 91 cent sunglasses. Terry I’m sorry I lost mine when I jumped off the rock but next time I’ll make it up to ya I promise. I hear he used to be an expert river guide but when his eyesight went they made him drive the bus instead 😆

I came to WV for a bachelor party and we all had a blast, great views, great service, and our river guide Crock was great. He had great knowledge on the river and the nearby points of interest, and has over 40 years of experience with whitewater rafting so we were safe as well. Crock gets five stars, one of the funniest guys I’ve ever met
