Class III/IV rapids provide excitement and a trip you will never forget. Amazing scenery, high adventure, no experience required, trips run March through October each year. Day trips meet at 9 AM and include a riverside catered lunch break at the halfway point. Short on time? Try the Afternoon Express run, meeting 3 PM daily.

We LOVED our trip! Our guide, Tristan, was amazing and could double as a stand up comedian. All of the staff were super friendly and engaging. We had a raft to ourselves, as did everyone else. The rapids and the scenery were so amazing. Highly recommend.

We had fun and exciting weekend. The whitewater trip was a highlight. Our guide was Richard Perkins. He was funny, informative and made our trip even more memorable.

We had a blast with our adult children and their significant others! Our guide Steve made the trip tons of fun, and we were on the edge sometimes in the rapids, but always knew Steve was in control and had the skills to keep us safe. We are beginners but after this fantastic trip down the New River we definitely want to do more rafting. I highly recommend West Virginia Adventures! You won't regret it!
