4
Lalaurie Mansion
Folk histories of LaLaurie's abuse and murder of her slaves circulated in Louisiana during the nineteenth century
5
New Orleans Pharmacy Museum

6
Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre
Le Petit Theatre hosts a wide selection of ghosts. Union soldiers, a theater manager, a nun and an actress who committed suicide are just a few of the many spirits that haunt the building. Doors mysteriously blowing open and shutting close and bottles of wine flying off of shelves are just some of the ways that the spirits make their presence known.

Wendy Darling was a great historian with a nack for storytelling. She was interesting and funny without the hokeyness we heard coming from other tour guides. Thank you Wendy!!

Our guide was late and smelled of alcohol. After he stumbled into the 3rd light pole and couldn’t finish a story because he couldn’t think straight, I was done. We walked 3 blocks in silence listening to him say “mark bike location” into his cell phone because he was afraid he wouldn’t be able to find his bike after the tour. He kept apologizing for his behavior and telling us he just needed time to wake up. As we walked, I hung back and called the company to ask what to do and was told that they had just talked to the guide and he seemed fine. He was NOT fine! It was just my family on the tour so I just told him we wasn’t going to continue. He was completely fine with that and walked off. The company did refund my money so I’m thankful for that. I’m sure this company has some great tour guides but we didn’t receive one. I want to say his name was robin and went by Rob.
