Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

1/2 hour late. No signage for pick up. No communication re ticket deliver, commentary was woeful, mainly poor music rather than facts, even the facts not connected to where the bus was!!! Do not go!! Got off after 3 stops! Been on this in London, Canada and Australia… the worst ever!!

Basically a $100 bus ride around the city. Bus drivers didn’t bother to say hi, or thank you. The ‘tour’ part is a pre-recorded thing with mostly bad jokes. If you want to know what to see and where it’s at, you have to do all the research ahead of time on your own. Biggest waste of $200 for two of us! Never again
