Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1

complete trash. stops are poorly spaced and far from attractions. additionally, we bought combo tickets, to include tickets for the Empire State Buildimg. Only problem, tickets didn't, what a complete fraud. only online to chat with.

Adam Labenow, we truly appreciate your honest feedback. Unfortunately, the reservation for the Empire State Building was not made at redemption therefore your ticket was not yet reserved. We have issued a refund for this ticket and apologize for the inconvenience during your visit.

I had an invalid ticket afterni had stood on a long queue just to enter the empire state, went to terminal and they could not help

SUCKED! Traveling with son with autism on this bus and ferry was a NIGHTMARE because of the employees! Do NOT recommend EVER! Walk
