I've used other bus companies on previous visits to NY but thought I'd give these guys a try. Did all of the routes over the period. Not at all happy with the overall service, although some individual guides were good. We were told by the salesman that we could exchange our vouchers on the bus, but we couldn't and had to go back to Times Square to do this. The night tour bus was 40 minutes late leaving and then once we'd sat on it for all that time they told us it didn't have enough fuel and we had to transfer to another bus. The Brooklyn bus drove straight past one of its stops leaving passengers stranded. The first downtown bus of the morning was twenty minutes late. Definitely won't use them again.

With the exception of third-party vendors and passes that include attractions, you are permitted to board at your nearest location and the agents are to assist you with redemption and validation. we apologize for the delayed start, buses do not operate without dispatch approval and prior to the tour, we do extensive monitoring on traffic and wait time. Any sanctioned route cancellations or changes will be alerted to our passengers asap. Each bus is checked before leaving for service in hopes of preventing this issue, so we are sorry to hear that on this occasion there were challenges on our route. We will ensure that this is reported to our designated department immediately.
