The night tours are a great idea, seeing NYC in the night is special and its great that TopView does this.. but... If you're concerned about your health during these covid times then i suggest you skip this tour company. They're more interested in making money rather than the safety of it's passengers. Took the night tour at 9PM the day after Thanksgiving, the bus was chockablock, people took off the barricades for adjacent chairs to sit row after row. When the bus conductor was informed, he said because they're family, its OK. Well the people directly before and after my seat weren't family yet they were allowed to sit there. They intentionally overbooked and were trying to justify their greed. Shame.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. Please note that we have been following CDC protocols and recommendations. Please note that all of our tours are operating at 50% capacity. Because the top of our buses are not fully enclosed, it is not required that customers remain six feet apart. However, we do recommend that customers follow social0distancing measures and any non-compliance with this is at their expense. Additionally, masks are required onboard at all times. I had a bad experience with the Top View Street Sellers in New York last week. I was approached by a seller who was pushing for me to purchase a two and three day pass for me and my wife however all I was interested in was the uptown tour which was $29.00 each displayed on her bill board which I purchased, at least that was what I thought I purchased. On receiving my credit card statement I notice she charged me $59.00 each totaling $118.00 which is totally unacceptable and a complete Rip Off. My advise is be very careful when purchasing from these street sellers as they are very good at talking to you to distract what you are actually paying for.
