Do not book this tour, the queues are horrific, there simply is not enough buses. We paid for a 5 day service at $100 each and only were able to get 1 return trip and 1 single trip, the queues were so long that we had to either walk for miles or take cabs. We only made it to the top deck once, they other 2 times we had to sit seperately on the bottom deck in hot conditions with no aircon and no proper view out. We queued for the night bus on 2 occassions and both times left the queue and gave up, hundreds of people in the queues. We availed of the free Liberty Boat Cruise that came with our ticket and is was disorgaised Chaos (for a scheduled cruise that runs several times every day! Seriously) Also the auduo comentary of the city is apauling, there is so much to see and the comentary is either sparce, silence or playing music rather that inform the customers of the sights, buildings, history and culture that is all around them!! The only positive thing was the professional, kind and patient bus drivers that had to deal with and constansly apologise at each stop when telling customers waiting in long queueasthat there was no room.

DON’T DO IT! Absolutely Terrible! They stopped for 10-15mins at every stop begging people to buy more tickets. After 4 stops which took us over an hour to get through, they kicked us off the bus because it was “out of service”. We had wasted so much time just making it a few blocks we didn’t have time to get on another bus plus it was so miserable we didn’t want to go back. There was absolutely no sightseeing commentary. The seats we squeezed in so tight together. So I repeat, DON’T DO IT!

Do not book with this company! It was physically impossible to do the uptown and downtown tour the day we booked as they only had one bus for uptown. The queues were shocking, the waits terrible, the audio did not work for part of the time, there were no live updates on bus times and the buses were old. The other companies were sailing past far more frequently with half filled buses. I have sent 5 emails to give the company a chance to recompense us and nothing.
