Very nice tour of the city from the water-you get an excellent view of the Statue of Liberty and get a nice preview of what the city has to offer. Would recommend doing it early in your trip. Someone in my party was convinced to purchase the wildly overpriced souvenir photos and was told that when she bought it it would include a digital copy (which she was interested in). When she went to download it, it turned out it was an additional $25. She definitely felt ripped off based on what the employee told her at the dock.

My family loved the cruise, it was a nice way to sit back and relax in a city where there is a lot of walking, and learn about sights around NYC and New Jersey

90 minute cruise enabled us to circle Statue of Liberty, see Governors island, and go under Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge. Saw Ellis island the East river and New Jersey as well. Take this cruise if you have the time. Good commentary as well, although it was difficult to hear and needs a bit more volume. Statue of Liberty is the tops of course but it’s all well done.
