They insist in you buying, told you that the bus is every 3 minutes. First day the bus ended early and didn’t pick us up, so we had to take a taxi to our hotel. Next day the buses pass every 30 minutes instead of ten, and they only enter till half its capacity. Meanwhile the other services did pass every 10 minutes, City Sightseing New York IS NOT THE ONE TO TAKE. Prefer others, they work better. Also the tour guides only speak english, and may i say very poorly. Last but not least, when ask about the delay, they treat you like garbage, since you already buy, the not longer care.

The price was very reasonable and included cycle hire, not used, a bistro trip found Statue of Liberty and entry into Museum of New York. Initial contact with staff was not good as girl was not pleased we wanted paper tickets. She demanded I use my phone which I wouldn't Do as too expensive and reluctantly gave me what I asked. Later saw lots of others with paper tickets do what was the problem. Buses were ok but not brilliant and took ages to get anywhere. Dud see a fair bit of the city.

I travelled with a person who has a disability that is not 'visible'. My companion could walk short distances and talk fine. However, standing in place and climbing stairs was difficult and painful for them. We didn't realise when booking this bus tour and pass that when a bus was at capacity on the top deck, but had plenty of empty seats on the lower deck, the bus would leave or pass us and we had no choice but to wait for the next bus! There were staff people at one Times Square stop who explained that they only let people on a bus if there was room on top. When I explained that we always sat on the lower level due to the disability my companion had, they refused to believe me, asked for a doctor's note from my companion, and went on a rant about how we were liars and he wasn't born yesterday, etc. I've spent a lot of time contacting the company, including their head office, but they don't listen to me. I asked for a refund, which I thought would be a courtesy gesture, but they refuse. Just a warning that you may experience this same issue if you are or travel with someone who had disability or mobility issue/s that can't be 'seen' by any drivers or staff. The rest of our New York trip was great! Be prepared for traffic jams and crowds as this is a busy city! Yes, this can make some people impatient, but many other New Yorkers were polite and wonderful people.
