The trip was absolutely fantastic, not cheap but totally worth it. Really nice crew, good service (I had to reschedule because of the POTUS visit), fantastic view, our pilot had a lot of info ready and was happy to answer any question. Unfortunately, the flight time goes by way too fast ;) Any time again!

Actual flight was a good experience and pilot very pleasant. However the whole ground experience lacked true organisation and communication. No safety talk other than instruction to board helicopter. Ground staff spent much of the time just grunting and waving their hands at customers creating significant confusion. Seemed to lack English speaking skills. Also lacked any personal touch was like a battery hen experience

In order to accommodate everyone, as we have hundreds of passengers flying a day, our staff must work with both speed and efficiency. We want all of our passengers to feel comfortable and welcome!
