The driver waited 25 minutes for 4 passengers, so we were late taking off for our 3 hour trolley trip. He said, don’t worry you will get the full tour. . So he drove extra fast, barely talked about anything as we were speeding to catch up on time, due to him waiting 25 minutes for people arriving late. It seemed like he didn’t know much about houses, the town of Newport and or anything.Then he talked without the microphone, many times so nobody could hear him in the back. Then the windshield wipers didn’t work, raining a little that day, then the microphone broke, then we waited for another trolley to come.It was the worst experience, I ever had on a trolley. Even when we got another trolley, the tour guy really wasn’t prepared anyway.

We apologize for the inconvenience with your tour yesterday. The late departure was the sales offices fault as the passengers said they were 2 minutes away. If we had known the tour would have been delayed that long we wouldn't have had the driver wait.
We are sorry that you had a bad experience and wish that you had called our sales office to express your concerns. After 60 years in business we strive for excellence with our tours and are sorry that you didn't experience that.
