Rafting itself was great, but the company could have done better. We were expecting half a day of rafting, but the rafting itself was only an hour and it took at least half an hour from the original star time for them to attend to us. We also pre-signed the waivers, but the company couldn't locate them and we had to email them our copies. Then they tried to tell us we only paid half and still owed them money.
We were also told a day in advance our original tour would not be possible and they switched us to a new river.
Wish the company was better organized and better communicated the experience we would be having. The rafting instructor was great though, he was fun and informative and great leader.
