Guys were nice. Ride to the park is short and easy. We got there late so only had time for 3 hours, but it was enough time for us.

Very bad experience don’t go with this company! The staff is not nice at all and they don’t give you 1h bike but 50 minutes and if you are 2 minutes late they will charge you

Bikes were not well maintained. Mine had only 2 working gears so I had to bike uphill in a very low gear. My daughter had issues with the chain on every hill, and had to walk her bike about 1/4 of the way. They didn’t seem too interested. I’d rent from citi bikes inside the park next time.
