Just wanted to give a review of our experience on the top view tour bus. We were just in NYC March 20-24 and pre-purchased the 72 hour tour. First the pros: Routes go completely around the city between the uptown and downtown routes. Lot's of stops and opportunities to get off. Most of the staff were very friendly. Cons: Not enough indicators of the bus stops outside of times square. In times square there were people everywhere telling you where the stop was, outside of that area it was a bit of a guessing game. The narrated audio was great at telling you about an area/building but if you didn't know what to look for you definitely missed it. The narration also should be updated to include "This is stop number X, if you are looking to see (insert well known mark) this is where you should get off." Especially if you are sitting at the top you have very little idea of when you should exit. Or maybe the driver or another employee on the bus helping answer questions. Only 1 of our drivers ever announced what stop number we were at. The nighttime tour was okay but felt very rushed and we booked it to be picked up at Bryant Park in the app as it asks you and apparently there was actually only 1 pick up location in Times Square for this tour. Customer Service was helpful and rebooked us for the next hour but we wasted so much time waiting at our selected stop. Luckily we didn't pay separately for that one it was included in our ticket but just felt like we could get the same experience from a taxi ride. All in all it was helpful to have with young kids to get around the city, but probably wouldn't do it again because it ate up a lot of our time and felt like an expensive guessing game. For all the uncertainty we could've been just as confused learning the city bus or subway. We booked this to take the guesswork out, but it didn't.

The NYC night tour was amazing. David was our tour lead which gave us a good overview of the city and made us laugh a lot. Highly recommended

Michael made the bus trip so worth it!! He kept us laughing & entertained! He needs his own show on TV 😄 had a really good time & highly recommend it!
