They are SCAMMERS. They lie to about the prices, what they’re offering you, and where the tour takes you. They told me tickets are $35 and then charged me $65 without my authorization.

Buses did not all have protective covering on the top to address the cold winter weather. All buses should have had the removable protective covering on as January was cold with snow and heating for top side. Bottom floor is hard to see out and the area as the windows are covered with outside topview advertisements. Finding the first stop (Stop No. 4) was hard. No staff there, but was, comes to find out she was inside a nearby business. Buses did not come every 15 minutes. Staff at the bus stops were not visible and some not helpful. Once they heard we had tickets, they left to go inside the closest business. January was cold, snowing.
