Nothing- sold us a tour in NY that did not exist- Greyline hop on hop off bus -flew to NY from Florida for this - when I called Viator - your company was clueless concerning this - Viator did refund the tickets

There is false advertising on your website for this tour. You cannot hop-on-hop off anywhere on the route. After purchasing the tickets @$157, I had to call the operator to discover we had to walk to Times Square - - 20 plus blocks from our hotel — to start the tour!!! This was a total waste of time. We have taken these tours in the past and you could always start it anywhere on the route. This was the appealing part about it. Seems this has changed to push all the customers to one point to be harassed by their on the street reps. Then, we were trying to catch the last bus from Chinatown at 5:40. The bus arrived at 5:38 and did not stop. We were 2 minutes away walking. If they had stopped and waited we would have boarded, completed our trip and gotten our moneys worth. Then, the ticket said I could extend, but when I chatted with the company rep, they said it could only be done by a rep on the street. At that point, we were returning to our hotel and not going back to Times Square. In conclusion, a terrible experience. Based on past experience, the company has declined in customer service. They also used to have in-person guides which made the experience. Now, it’s only bad recordings with bad headphones . In conclusion, I would NOT recommend.

We had the best day. We had a moving experience at the 911 memorial and we loved Hells Kitchen. This was our first visit and we highly recommend the bus tour.
