Complete waste of money. We went on the night tour . Trying to get tickets from the sellers who wanted to split the 4 tickets up so they all had a cut . They got stroppy as we didn’t have the app in our phones . Two of us didn’t have our phones on us . The audio description didn’t work , you couldn’t make any if it out. No one on the top level of the bus had the headphones on . The big brown bus looked like they were having much more fun with a proper guide giving a live tour . Give it a miss .

What a great way to see New York. Very informative and gives you a heads up on what is coming up. Plenty of time to get on and off. Highly recommend this.

Please help me get refund for this ticket. The ticket description said 24 hr ticket, but when we went there we got to know the bus ride was only until 7 pm
