Hugely disappointing experience that left both me and my partner upset due to the nature of an antsy gentleman who greeted us as we entered the building. We explained that we had purchased our tickets online however due to our tickets being on an email we could not access for technical reasons we could not show them and asked if we could possibly give our confirmation number along with personal details to someone at the ticket office who could redistribute these for us. The gentleman proceeded to shout at us in front of other guests, demand we get out of the queue we were in in a highly inappropriate manner and made us feel entirely uncomfortable. The rest of the experience was lovely but completely at the back of our minds due to the nature of the man in question. Such a shame as we saved up for years for this trip and this was right at the very top of my wish list.

It’s a must when you visit nyc! We had a beautiful sunny day, the view from the tower was amazing! Great presentation before getting to the view point. Fully recommended!

The views were amazing. My girlfriend and I loved every second being there, we even got 2 drinks that the bartenders put into plastic cups so we could drink and see the views!
