Beautiful view across the city at night as we went at 8pm.the only fault we had was that when we were viewing the memorabilia and facts in the exhibition a cleaner was going Past and told us to hurry up to the top not stand around looking at the memorabilia (we understand staff want to get home but this made us feel quite rushed and the visit was not how we expected it to be) otherwise a very good way to see the history and views of manhattan.

We entered the building and were immediately greeted by door personnel who directed us to the area for the vaccination status check and then up to the priority access elevator. We arrived at the Observatory and watched a short film before the screen opened up to show us a brief glance of the 360 degree observation deck out through the doors. We were given an iPad and could then walk around the entire area for as long as we wanted. Luckily, we visited on a beautiful blue sky day. It was the best view of the NYC skyline without question. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view of NYC. The elevator ride was especially fun!! Will definitely go back sometime in the future.
