There’s quite a lot to like about the One World Observatory, and just a few things that let it down. Firstly its well organised on the ground and the lift to the top is amazingly quick, with a great VT to support the journey. Once at the top the views are fabulous!! On the downside, we really didn’t appreciate having to queue to go through the "photo booth" as we had no interest in having our photo taken. When we asked if we could skip this we were rudely told to “wait in the line,” which wasn’t great. Our other issue was it was becoming really busy at the time we decided to leave at around 11.30am so limiting numbers would cetainly improve the experience. So, other than the “forced” photos, we enjoyed the visit, however having previously visited the Top of the Rock and the Empire State Building we found both of these are better than the One World Observatory.

Beautiful views! Downtown, Brooklyn bridge, Ellis island, Statue of Liberty….. we did the sunset time and we experienced both, day and nighttime. Highly suggest this time. Views are from inside the building, no outside like Top of Rock or Empire State Building. FYI
