Don't book with viator! They sold me a ticket for a 10:20am access to the one world observatory. When I turned up at 10:20 and they scanned the barcode on the ticket it turns out to be a voucher so have to queue up at guest services. I get to guest services and they tell me viator shouldn't be selling tickets with a time attached, this is a known issue with them they have escalated and while they can honour the voucher the next ticket available is at 11:50am! I've raised this with viator yesterday and await their proposed compensation, nothing yet...

The observatory was awesome to see the whole city! It was a great experience and I would do it again. Truly very beautiful.
