Visit the restaurant and bar if you can. The food and drinks were amazing and the view is truly one of a kind!

Although the view is great, there are better places to visit for viewing the city in Manhattan in my opinion Described by the website as having "360° views from an indoor climate-controlled space" this means that you don't get the visceral experience of having the wind in your hair that you get at places like Top of The Rock, Empire State Building and The Edge. Worth a visit but given the choice I'd definitely go with one of the other places I mentioned.
