I rated this tour as a "1" but ONLY because the tour itself says it is from Midtown, and says it will pick you up in Time's Square. I based my hotel off the pickup point so we could walk there easily. A week before we left, i found out that, because we were the only ones from that area that had booked the trip, you would not come to pick us up. therefore, i had to endure $100 worth of cab rides to and from 24 State Street. There is a disclaimer burrie3d in you site that states this, but it should most definitely be more prominent or change the name of the tour. I will be putting a review on other sites as well, as having to spend an additional $100 due to being misled is ridiculous. The tour guide Nina was actually very good and i have no complaints about the tour itself or the tour guide.

The only memorable part was our excellent tour guide Vivian. She has a wealth of knowledge on history of the sites we visited and was very patient in answering our questions. Full 5 stars for her. The terrible part was that while I had spent the extra dollars to be picked up from Manhattan midtown, no one picked us up. I had to spend again and travel to a new pickup spot at the very last moment. I hope viator provides partial refund.
