Driver Ray wasn't at the airport when I got outside. That said, I had sailed through customs well within the hour stated in their terms and conditions. A quick phone call and he was there within 10 minutes. Lovely man, chatty, knowledgeable and that made the journey into town much more enjoyable.

Driver wasn't waiting but no biggie beause after a quick call they arrived within 10 mins. However the driver was non communicative and made the ride a little weird and didn't offer water which we've revived with other companies. I appreciate this is a city and traffic is dire but there's no requirement to drive like a man processed.
