Driver was supposed to send a text when plane landed and did not. I had to call the business. Driver was not in lane of pickup as stated in directions.

Bob was an excellent driver. Communicated well as soon as we landed and we only waited a few minutes until he arrived. During the ride to our hotel he was extremely pleasant and had great facts about the city of Chicago.
