Great company. Everything very well organised. As a foreigner you must call a toll free number once you arrive in Chicago. The best experience ever with our assigned driver. Really polite, talkative and very helpful with providing ideas as a new visitor to Chicago . We will get the service again without doubt.

My daughter was attending her boyfriend's Navy graduation so we used Echo to pick her up and take her to her hotel near the base. This was her first solo trip so we were worried about all aspects of travel. Echo was outstanding! George was her driver, he was there on time even though the plane was delayed. The car was clean and roomy and George provided excellent service, we will definitely use Echo again.

Roxana is to be commended for great service driving me from International Terminal 5 at O'Hare to a town near Wisconsin border. Echo Limosine was on time and kept continual communications with me from 24 hour reminder to my plane's arrival and that they were ready. This was my first time using Echo and it won't be my last! I made reservations very easy using my smart phone from Italy and the price was very reasonable considering the distance and time (at the beginning of rush hour).
