We got tickets via Topview went pier 40 and took the cruise, had commentary of what we were seeing, got chatting to one of the crew and got on well. I would highly recommend this to everyone, just for the views.

What I purchased was not what we received. I purchased 90 minute sightseeing for Statue of Liberty. It was only 60 minutes. Also, my information stated 4:20 pm but was actually 4:30. We are from out of state. We got there around 3:30 because unfamiliar with location or check in process.
