Set off on a musical journey through time as you tap your feet to the tunes that moved the nation in the 1960s and ’70s. Motor City Musical brings Motown hits from musicians like Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, and the Jackson 5 to the stage, celebrating the history of a genre that brought new life and rhythm to the American music scene.

Head to the GTS Theatre and settle into your seat as the curtain comes up on the cast of the Original Motown Tribute Show in Myrtle Beach – Motor City Musical. Travel back to the swinging ’60s, a time when music broke down social barriers, changed lives, and brought Americans together over a shared love of soulful songs. Learn the story of Berry Gordy, whose Detroit recording studio put some of the last century’s biggest musical names on the global radar. NOTE: Trip Advisor Seats are in the BACK of the theatre and not able to be upgraded. For better seating order directly through the theatre.

The Motown Show was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. The entertainment was awesome. The singers were great. The atmosphere and venue were also nice. It got a little hot in there. The seating was also great. We will come back again and refer others to this event.

Everything was awesome. One of Mom's surprise birthday gifts. She really enjoyed the show. The energy from everyone was fantastic! My second show. I also did the Christmas show with my husband. It was a blast as well! We will return in the future.
