Part of the reason Maui has been so popular year after year is due to the breathtaking sunsets. Sure you could just watch from the beach or your hotel lanai, but a front row seat out on the water, sipping some cocktails, enjoying some awesome pupus (appetizers) and hanging with fun people sounds more appealing. Whale watching is included from Dec 15th - April 15th!

From beginning to end, this was the ultimate sunset cruise! The weather was incredible, sea was calm and the music mix was 70s-80s - for me, the trifecta! I knew there was an open bar but was pleasantly surprised to find food, including chicken tenders and cabbage salad. The ship seemed like new - very clean! As i noted earlier, the seas were calm so the catamaran ride was very smooth. I wore wrist bands just in case thinking there could be choppy waters and high winds, which were a factor earlier in the week. If you’re afraid of sea sickness, i would advise you to wear anti sea sickness bands just to be safe! The sunset, of course was beautiful. I purposely booked this tour for our last night in Maui, kind of as a “goodbye” cruise following a wonderful week in Hawaii!

Lovely sunset cruise. Drinks were delicious, crew was helpful. We had a wonderful time. I wasn’t hungry, so I didn’t end up eating. The water was a bit rough and we had to board the boat from the beach.
