Good: crew at booth were friendly and quick to process. And, crew on both Tubing and parasailing boats were very good, especially Tom & Pierre. Overall a friendly experience. Not so good: I paid $340 for 4 tickets for parasailing + tubing on Viator. When we arrived there for appointment, during checking in, I am told the ‘Fuel fees’ for both activities were not included in ticket prices I already paid (what??????). I am told I need to pay additional $45 or so per person (for both activities). What do I do? Ended up paying some $200 + taxes for Fuel fees. Hindsight, I should have checked when buying ticket and, perhaps, at least engage in talk while checking in instead of nodding my head to pay (who knew????). So, what I expected to be a mid 300’s fun activity, ended up being a 600+ affair for 15 mins of actual tubing and just one ascent/ descent of parasailing. Surely Fun but Over priced. Moral of the story: Beware and make sure to check what you paying for and what will be your total cost. Shop around. SMH.

I loved the Instructor for the jet ski’s. But that man you’ll have driving for the tubing was not right. I know it’s OK to go fast on the tube but it’s a point when you’re about the fly off the tube and the girl is screaming oh my gosh how do we tell them to stop that it’s like ridiculous I mean if he was looking back and ain’t nobody looking like they’re having fun and it’s looking dangerous maybe you should stopped slow down. I lost two nails n mask. I thought I was about to kiss my life out there!!!

Beware of false sense of safety! Visited this establishment 12/14/20. Participated in Parasailing and Tubing excursions activities. We signed the waiver upon request, however their website stated we would Not be thrown from the tube into the water and would be able to go faster only upon request which creates a false sense of feeling safe. We received the safety brief and I advised Jensen and the guy he was training that I could not swim! He assured me that would be fine and not to worry. We proceeded to the activity. The water was calm and ride was going well when about 10 minutes into the ride without request Jensen began to drive the boat in a fast/aggressive manner causing my husband and I to be violently thrown from the tube into the water. I have pictures to be uploaded showing the manner in which we were thrown from the tube. I was afraid but attempted to remain calm and breath slowly until he was able to get back to me. I was unable to pull myself up on the ladder and I advised Jensen it hurt to do so. He asked my family to help me back onto the tube. My husband got back on. My daughter suffered an injury to her finger nail bed it broke down the middle causing extreme pain and continued bleeding in which management put a bandaid and sent us directly to ride the Parasail. This company advertised social distancing to adhere to covid 19 protocol which isn't totally true. It was a small boat that already had 7 other people on it to include the crew. I asked why our party of four was being sent with this group that certainly required close seating and was told they were only required to require the wearing of masks. In my opinion this establishment cuts corners to make the most money as possible despite safety. Due to I thought the pain in my right shoulder was a minor strain or pulled muscle upon leaving this facility we went directly to Wal-Mart and purchased ointment and some over the counter pain killer. Their website stated in case of injury they would refer to recieve treatment. I attempted to leave a message via the contact us option (which didn't work) and the chat option in which no one was available to see if someone could refer me to their facility to be checked out.I sent the email as well. The next morning upon opening I called and got Ana whom asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted to be checked out and she said did you say yiu want a check. I reiterated to her I asked to be checked out to ensure the damage was just a strain and not more serious. I referred to their site clause related to injuries and she stated would refer to management and call me back. Became later in the day and I called back. When no follow-up I went back to the facility and asked to speak with a manager who could assist. The entire staff was unconcerned and one girl said to me you signed the waiver. I showed her their website statement and her response is that wasn't correct. In the meantime Ana arrived and was rude and defensive. Ana then made the statement that I didn't look hurt to her and asked what do you want me to do. She then stated she was the co-owner in which on the phone she said would refer me to management. Anyone who is interested in companies with integrity should continue to shop around and look elsewhere. Dont be fooled by the website assurance of safety and concern. Good customer service and concern for your customers and their safety should be of primary importance!
