The bus does not return in 25 minutes. We waited an hour, then decided to not get off the bus again. The narration was excellent...very interesting.

Winter is not a great time, yes it's cold but it isn't that. It's that it appears there is only one or two trolleys running which means you're waiting 45 minutes for a pickup at any stop. The attendants tell you 15 to 30 minutes tops, untrue. We used the bus less because of this. Couldn't really hear anything on the bottom section and up top is freezing especially in the red busses. John was great, it's a crap shoot on who your guide will be. We had a few 1 we couldn't understand at all, another seemed like he was shy and struggled. Then 2 others were great, older woman and John. They shared actual info which was great and were clear professionals. We also paid extra for the holiday tour pricey for what you get, guide was not good. Sweet young girl but dull narrative. In the future we'd try the local city trolley, cheaper and same stops. Or possibly in the summer it is better because maybe more busses running.

The bus was 15 minutes late, which is a long time when you are standing in freezing weather waiting. It did not stop at all of the stops listed. The guides microphone was cutting in and out. Absolutely not worth the money!!
