Our local, expert guides will navigate the route taking you to the most exclusive look-outs and providing you with the best photo opportunities. Your entertaining guide will interpret the indigenous fauna and flora, and provide captivating geological and human history.

Travel in an open-air Jeep Wrangler and stop at many prominent vistas, some fairly remote the farther east you go. At the Desert View Watchtower be sure to look at the murals depicting scenes of local Indian culture. Then peer down thousands of feet and witness the mighty Colorado River where it curves and heads to the west. On a clear day, you can see over 100 miles.

A free ticket to the IMAX® Movie, "Grand Canyon: Rivers of Time," is included in your tour.

We did the deluxe jeep tour which takes you out to the South East part of the rim. Our tour guide was friendly and full of interesting facts. We did several stops for photos however some views were just pointed out from the road due to the distances travelled (you go out to dessert view) The stop at the Dessert View Watchtower was great, canyon views from here are stunning and the history of the tower interesting. Am still not sure though why I was told to wear glasses not contacts for the trip - the roof of the jeep was never removed. That apart this tour did afford us visits to places we wouldn't have seen otherwise.

I really wanted to hike into the Grand Canyon but didn't want to go alone so when I found this tour I was really excited. Our guide was super knowledgeable about the geography and geology of the the Canyon. He had a really great sense of humor and set a really good pace for everyone to follow. We hiked on the Grandview trail, which was wonderful as it is less used that Bright Angel or Kaibab, and it had beautiful views of the canyon as well as a rich mining history. We hiked about 2.5 km's down the trail, which was much easier than than coming back up as the temperature rose. This hike is completely do-able for anyone who is in shape or hikes regularly, although if you have knee problems I'd recommend taking walking poles. I had an amazing time and would recommend this hike to anyone, it gives you such a unique view of the canyon that you don't get from the top. Also included you get a ticket to the IMAX Grand Canyon movie which delves into a lot more of the history of the Grand Canyon.
