Bought several PWP annual wine passes. Bought for myself and girlfriend, and several for gifts. Had some frustrations/problems with the purchase & delivery of passes. Subsequently I contacted PWP and they responded within 24 hours and fixed everything immediately with no hassles including my refund. Took what I anticipated was going to be a bad experience and turned into a 5 Star experience!! In a time when good customer service is very rare, I couldn't have asked for better!!! Jamie the owner was more than fantastic! One of my best customer service experiences EVER!! No BS! Also extremely helpful and friendly..Looking forward to using pass and it's a great bargain as well!
