Perfect start to uour break. Company called me on arrival explaining who my greeter was and where he would be waiting, as he was and took us straight out to our vehicle. Hassle free, professional service. Highly recommended

Fabulous!!!! My husband and I had an emergency very last minute and he was unable to board his shuttle service 20 minutes before shuttle departure. We spoke with Lydia and Carlos who were super kind and professional through the ordeal. They were ab le to get my husband on the next shuttle and somehow he managed to catch his flight.Highly recommended service! WE WILL be using this service for all future shuttle travel plans!

Wish I had read the reviews here before booking.. I hired a private BUS for a group of 13 kids going to NYC for a School Competition.. Pickup was scheduled and paid for 12.15 am @ JFK.. Driver showed up almost 1 hour late after I called their dispatch service MANY times.. Unbelievable... 13 minors from a FOREIGN country on their own waiting for almost 1 hour @ JFK to be taken to their hotel in the city. Wrote a complaint email that same night worried about the service and the already pre-booked return trip to the airport, I have called many tomes, and today.. 5 DAYS after the incident, no has been decent enough to contact me. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. The "luxury" bus reeked of cigar/cigarette smell, and the driver had to stop for gas on the way into the city... say no more... If any decent person from this company reads this, booking # is SC4387056 - and complaint ticket is GOALCS00350607 Save yourself money and the bad experience.. Use someone else

After reviewing the GPS on this reservation we show your son and guest in the vehicle within 30 minutes. a little longer than usual but they still waited.
