After a long flight of 8 hours and in total over 11 hours of travelling it was a welcome sight ag the airport, to see my name held up as we came through arrivals (in lovely handwriting!) The journey from JFK to Manhattan took over an hour and a half in the worst traffic I have ever seen. However, the huge suburban we were collected in was comfy and we were dropped at the hotel. Would use again and recommend.
