On our recent trip to NYC, my husband and I were so pleased with the service from "My Sedan". Our plane was late (later than I actually realized at the time) getting in to La Guardia and I just "knew" it was going to cause problems. Not at all! A very pleasant representative of the company called me and alleviated any worry I had! He said because of construction, our driver couldn't meet us outside the door but if I "would call him after we deboard, have stopped at the restroom and collected our bags---when we were ready to exit the airport", he would turn-for-turn, "direct us to our driver who was waiting". He did exactly what he promised and the driver was exactly where the rep said he would be. We were greeted by a professional driver with an exceptionally clean, roomy vehicle. Luggage was loaded as we got comfy and we had a carefree trip to our hotel in mid-town Manhattan.
I can't say enough positive things about this company! I mean, come on! How many companies call the customer to check on them?!? They illustrated top-notch customer service, relieved all anxiety and delivered exactly what they promised. A service so worth the money and a company I will definitely use again and highly recommend.
