Purchased airport transfer which in writing included meet and greet upon arrival. Called earlier in the day to confirm this service and they said someone would meet me in baggage with sign with my name. No one was there. Called and dispatcher said someone should be there and he’d call. Then, minutes later called again and they told me I needed to walk to distant lot and car would meet met there. All the Uber’s and Lyfts were there. I’ll be requesting full refund. What a disaster.

It was our first time travelling to New York. I booked a transfer both ways with My Sedan on the internet before travelling. Communication was exceptional before, during and on arrival. We were contacted prior to arrival by Dee. On arrival she meet as scheduled at arrivals. During the transfer she was so friendly and gave us some great knowledge and tips on New York. She confirmed our transfer back before she dropped us off. If you want a reliable transfer book with My Sedan and defiantly ask for Dee.
