Hi, i made my booking for my wife Daniela.. She had a great driver into New York but was very upset with the one on her way back 'departure'. The driver for starters was at the incorrect address and my wife had to contact your office to find out where her pick was, after 10 minutes of figuring out the driver was at the incorrect address he arrived and seemed really arrogant and frustrated like it was my wifes fault for him being at the wrong place. It didnt matter to my wife as long as she was on her way to the airport. On the way their he seemed like he had abit of attitude when she spoke to him and he was driving extremely to fast which at times she wanted to ask him to slow down but was to scared to do so. closer to jfk the driver asked my wife which airline and she confirmed with him that it was Qantas.. once my wife was dropped of she proceeded inside the terminal when she noticed this didnt look like the same terminal as previous times, so then asked for asstistance and only to find out she was dropped of at the wrong terminal. Qantas is not at the terminal the driver dropped her off, my wife was told she had to catch the sky train over to the other side or go downstairs to arrivals and wait in the cue for a taxi. She was told either one might take a while and had to hurry, she was so upset and broke down in tears and phoned your company at the time to ask for the driver to be sent back to pick her up and take her to the correct terminal. there is more...

We were met at the airport by a young lady who found our driver and we were on our way to our hotel in no time. Highly recommended.
