Bit of a delay getting off the cruise ship. Connected shortly after debarkation with the driver. The phone service to connect with the driver was very helpful due to the cruise delay. Driver very personable and helpful with luggage at LaGuardia airport. Great experience…thanks.

New York can be intimidating for first time tourists when you have no understanding of where you are when you get off a cruise ship in Manhattan. We called My Sedan and they stayed on line with me giving me directions to the limo. The car was clean the driver was polite and he got us to the airport on time. Wow another fabulous experience with Viator. Thanks so much.
