May an advance reservation & paid in advance to be pucked up at Charleston Airport. When we arrived at airport called number per instructions. Got answering machine. Left message. Waited 40 minutes no driver or return phone call. Called the main dispatch number. Was informed that they had no drivers available to pick us up even though we had a paid reservation. They d Said we had to find our own transportation. They offered no other assistance nor any referrals. Requested a refund. Was told they didn't do refunds. Don't use Carmel Car & Limo service in Charleston SC. They'll leave you stranded.

Had a little difficulty making the connection at the airport, but after that, all was great. Rudy was kind, very helpful, and a total professional. Couldn't beat the cost. Highly recommend.
