No one showed up. I’m still fighting for refund. The local tour operator listed on my confirmation said they didn’t do business with Carmel or Viator. We were left of airport curb for 1.5 hrs and ended up spending 4x what our transfer rate was just to get to our hotel and I still don’t have the $72.00 I paid Viator.

Driver was awesome. Just hard communicating with the operator as to where they were to pick us up. On time and quick delivery to Ocean Tower .
