When we arrived at S-F airport, we had a e-message informing us of our drivers presence and where and when to contact him for pick-up. He came minutes after our call with a brand new suburban limo and drove directly to the hotel. Great ride. A bit pricey but well worth the money.

We followed the instructions provided to the letter and phoned after we had collected our luggage and were told the driver would be with us in 5 minutes, 30 minutes later he still hadn't arrived. He did arrive eventually after 3 more phone calls, not what you want after a 11 hour flight!!
