Horrible, horrible. Never again. I booked a transfer with them from SEATAC to the Homewood Suites Downtown Seattle in Queen Anne. $80. When I got my receipt it said the wrong Homewood Suites many miles away. Thenreceipt gave the limo company number and I called to correct the drop off. They said there would be a 50% upcharge to change the dropoff. I toldnthem I out the right info in, but Viator screwed it up" she said we would have to pay $40 more dollars to change it. I called Viator and got a rep who I could barely understand. She was horribly rude and said that due to being within a time limit, I had to pay despite the fact that their information was correct. I told her to cancel or change the drop off which they had messed up. After being on hold more than 30 minutes, i hung up and called my credit card to dispute the charges. SHE NEVER CANCELLED. When we arrived in Seattle, a text arrived from the driver saying to text him when we got our bags. I told him the address was wrong and he said no problem. We waited almost an hour. He showed up finally, did not help us with the bags. I showed him the address and he put it in his gps. We thought. Well, he took us to a weird, scary part of the city and stopped outside a liquor store and said here we are. We said, this is not it. He said, yes it is my gps says it is. I showed him the mapquest on my ipad and said keep driving. He finally realized he had put in the wrong address in his gps and started driving again after 10 minutes or arguing. If we had gotten out I am sure we would have been attacked. It took more than an hour to get to a place 25 minutes away. He did not know where he was going and was totally unprofessional. We paid much more than anUber and got horrible service. The worst person was the customer service person on the help line at Viator. Horrible service, horrible trip, horrible driver. A waste of money.
