Scheduled a 4:30 AM ride to the airport for my family 2 days in advance, but the car never showed up. 2:30AM they sent me an email, letting me know how to track the driver. I called them 4:35, was put on hold for 5 minutes, then they hung up on me. I called back, again put on hold, then around 4:45 someone got on and told me they don't have a car for me, and I should find another way to get to the airport.
What a disappointing experience for me and my family. I've used them previously without issue, and I can even understand that they failed to get a car in time. But to only let me know 15 minutes after I was supposed to depart put in an a desperate situation. One of the few times I was glad my flight was delayed, otherwise I would have missed it!
I won't be riding with Carmel again.
