Absolute disgrace, I prepaid for my family to be transferred from JFK to Manhattan. I never received any instructions for arrival, I called them and was 19 th in the queue and when I got to number 1 they cut me off. Had to seek alternative transportation at additional cost. Have sent a complaint requesting a refund and no response. There was another Carmel driver at the pick up point, I requested his assistance but he refused! I will take this much further until I receive an apology and my refund
