I never received an email saying I had to call in to confirm a reservation AFTER I reserved with an agent online I lost $80 and had no ride to the airport. 0/10

I slept through my alarm, so I was late for my 5am pickup. The driver called my hotel room, then waited for me. When I arrived he was so courteous and ensured me it was no problem. He was extremely professional and got me to the airport on time anyway.
