Right on time, very kind the chauffer. He comminicated via sms message to meet us later outside in paasanger pick up zone. My confirmation number is #20117.

Beware being charged for what you don't receive: $25 for meet and greet as requested, but there was no meet and greet (another reviewer had same complaint so this is not isolated) $10.17 for the tolls, but the driver took the Queensboro Bridge that is free (and took nearly 2 hours) Ignored requested pickup time and instead used flight time, adding an additional $18 for parking, but used the (free) pickup area outside the terminal $40 wait time when we were only 5 minutes outside agreed time + 1hr (1hr is supposed to be 'free' according to their t's and c's) Weirdly they also record video of you in the car, but when claiming we agreed to above charges were unable to produce evidence (as it wasn't agreed) Charged unauthorised fees to credit card, requiring me to get a chargeback from credit card company. Ignored any communications to address these issues.

This is an unprofessional company! We arrive JFK, our first time there. I asked for the driver to come into the airport. He did not. Finally we got a call from my husband in Florida that the driver was at the airport, outside waiting for us. We called him and he said he was outside, but where? There was no sign in the window to tell us. He did not open the door. Our bags were on our lap, not in the trunk. Our trip back to JFK was even more of a nightmare because he said that he hjad a flat tire, sure he did. He was half an hour late to pick us up. Same as the first ride. He was rude when I asked if this was for us. He said come on hurry up. Bags on our laps. When we got out of the city he was really speeding especially through the tunnel. We got to the terminal and he said that this may not be the right one, so go in and check and I will wait here for you. Well we were told that it was the wrong terminal and we went right back outside and he was gone! Do not I repeat do not use this service. A taxi would have been much better. The driver's name was Tarek Hassan.
