Service was easy to use. Car was late model and pristine. Driver was very professional (though she did get pulled over for running a stop sign which she didn't see; I didn't either but wasn't really looking, and there was construction going on at the intersection so it might not have been easily visible). Communication was also very good with company and driver. One very minor complaint is that the driver was not already waiting for us at the appointed time but came a couple minutes later. Trip 39804

So pleased with the service start to finish. Had an overnight into NYC unexpectedly on a return flight from Europe and we were able to book the day before. Best decision we could’ve made for our exhausted family. The pickup was easy and the one way drop to Logan airport was very smooth as we all slept it off. Driver was safe and professional. Would use again in a heartbeat!
