Our family of three had a private transfer from Montego Bay airport to Beaches Negril on Saturday, May 14, 2022. We had Club Mobay and made it through security quickly. Our Club MoBay representive took us to the Reggae desk. The gentleman at the desk welcomed us and asked us to follow him to the pick-up area. It was very crowded and the Reggae rep was having a hard time finding our driver. He found us a taxi after about 10 mintues and we thought we were on our way. The driver said that we had to circle around the airport again to drop something off to original representative. There was so much traffic that it took over 15 minutes to circle back. It turns out, our taxi driver was dropping off Red Stripe Beer in a cooler to the our original desk representative. I was not happy, but we were finally leaving the airport. It was raining hard at this point and our driver was slamming on his brakes though all of the standing water on the road. Our driver talked on the phone to multiple people during our drive and would swerve when dialing. About halfway through the drive to Negril, our driver received a phone call. Our driver asked me our last name and told the person on the phone that we were in his car. This is our fifth trip to Jamaica and I haven't ever had a transfer like this one. I will not be using Reggae ever again.
